At ART OF JIU JITSU, we stand by the quality of our premium kimonos and training apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unwashed, and unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is free of any odors, pet hair, or signs of training.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear to ensure it meets our standards, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
